Rules and Regulations for Social Hall Use
• Setup time will be the night before the function and will be limited to (3) three hours. Setup is the responsibility of the renter.
• Time Limit for the function is (6) six hours. o Additional time may be requested at the rate of ($30) thirty dollars per hour payable when the additional time is requested.
• Clean up is the responsibility of the renter and to be completed immediately after the function. The Social Hall and Kitchen must be returned to the same condition as they were found:
   o Tables cleaned and taken down.
   o Chairs stacked in stacks of (10) eight. o Floors swept and mopped.
   o Any equipment that was used must be cleaned.
   o Counter tops and sinks must be cleaned.
   o All garbage taken out to the dumpster.
• Guests may park in the fire hall parking lot. CARS MUST NOT BLOCK THE TRUCK ROOM DOORS.
• There must be nothing attached to the walls or any surface without prior approval from the Fire Company Representative.
• Anything not belonging to the Fire Company shall be removed from the Social Hall following the function. Nothing may remain overnight without the permission of the Vice-President of
the Fire Company.
• Liquor liability is the sole responsibility of the party renting the Social Hall. This includes, but is not limited to:
   o Ensuring only legal age persons are consuming alcohol.
   o Not continuing to serve persons who are intoxicated.
• Providing rides for all that have had too much to drink.
• Ice will be provided by the Fire Company at no additional charge.
• The party renting the Social Hall will be responsible for any damage done to the hall, as determined by the Fire Company representative.
• The caterer must submit a copy of Health Permit and certificate of insurance before the function.
• NO SMOKING
• The cake table is not to be placed on carpeted areas.
